We may offer a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial ends — or at any point during the trial — you may upgrade to a paid subscription using a debit or credit card.

Your monthly subscription is automatically billed on the same date each month as your original sign-up date, unless you have requested a billing date change. There is no long-term contract and you may cancel at any time.

Refund eligibility is subject to the specific terms provided at the time of purchase. Where no refund policy is stated, refunds may be granted at our sole discretion.

V. Payment Terms

If you purchase products or services from MyScorelift, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes as presented at checkout. We use third-party payment processors. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method. Payment terms may vary depending on the product or service purchased.

VI. Print & Mail Service

MyScorelift may offer a print and mail service to facilitate sending correspondence on your behalf. By using this service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• We cannot guarantee mail delivery once correspondence has been passed to the postal carrier. Delivery is outside of our control.
• Certified Mail options include tracking; standard first-class letters do not.
• Postal carriers lose approximately 2–3% of all mail. Letters may be lost, refused at the destination, or otherwise undelivered. This is an inherent risk of postal services.
• Due to the volume of mail we facilitate, we are unable to track missing mail, open disputes with the postal carrier, or issue refunds for undelivered letters.
• This service is optional and is used at your own risk. The time savings and convenience of the service are intended to outweigh the rare occurrence of lost mail.

VII. Client Data & Credit Monitoring

If you use MyScorelift to manage services on behalf of your clients, you are entrusting your clients' data to us for processing. You represent that you have obtained all necessary consents from your clients to share their information with us, including any credit monitoring login credentials used to access their credit reports.

• You own your clients' service data. We protect it, limit access to it, and process it only according to your instructions.
• We will retain data in your account for as long as your account is active. Upon account termination, active data will be deleted within 6 months and backup data within 3 months thereafter.
• We store credit monitoring login details solely for the purpose of pulling credit reports as authorized by your clients' consent.

VIII. SMS Communications and Mobile Messaging

By providing your phone number and opting in through our forms or consent mechanisms, you agree to receive SMS and MMS communications from BizLaunch.io, Inc. on behalf of MyScorelift.

Messages may include:

• Appointment reminders and service notifications
• Account updates and customer support responses
• Promotional or marketing offers (where consented)
• Event reminders and follow-up messages related to inquiries or purchases

Message frequency varies depending on your interactions and service engagement. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Opt-Out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS will be sent unless you re-subscribe. Reply HELP for assistance.

Carrier Disclaimer: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

IX. Third-Party Integrations

Our services may integrate with third-party applications and platforms ("Third-Party Applications"). Access to these integrations may require acceptance of their own terms of service and privacy policies. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding those third-party terms before use.

MyScorelift is not liable for any Third-Party Applications. We may, at our sole discretion and without notice, suspend, restrict, or remove access to any Third-Party Application integration without liability to you.

X. Intellectual Property

All Website content — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of BizLaunch.io, Inc. or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

XI. User-Generated Content

If you submit content (such as comments or reviews), you grant BizLaunch.io, Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute that content. You represent that you have the rights to submit the content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.
